The ‘Fitness Station’ is one of many home systems that made its debut this year, which boasts a modular design that enables users to rely on it for different workouts without having to dedicate a lot of space in the homes. With its versatile design, the workout system can even be set up behind a doorway or at the end of a hall—making it ideal for apartment and condo dwellers who don’t have access to a gym.
Also spotlighted are the smart insoles from NURVV Run, which are designed with competitive runners in mind. By using the insoles, athletes can improve their technique to reduce injuries, accurately track their heartrate, distance and elevation, and identify how they’ve improved over time. The insoles are slim enough to fit into any runner, and won’t impact the feel of the footwear or weigh the wearer down.
